2016 Morisset Presentation Dinner

The Spanish Australia Club never fails to impress us! For the presentation dinner this year, they put on an awesome spread with roast meats and vegies, seafood paella, salads, potato bake, cheese and cauliflower bake and of course delicious deserts! Huge thanks to Chris and his fantastic crew! Everyone had a wonderful time with many a tall tale told and all enjoying each other's company.

The dinner is to celebrate a successful year of riding and to recognise those who are helping with the club mantra of keeping old bikes on the road. See the table for the list of winners for each category, well done to all and thanks to everyone who came out for a ride. A huge thank you to those who volunteered to drive back up and to be the BBQ chefs, it has certainly been appreciated by all those who enjoyed the BBQ, those who have needed the trailer and just the peace of mind for all that if there is a problem, we can get you home. These services are not available for all clubs, we are very fortunate to be in a position where we can offer these.

A special mention to this years Club Person of the Year: congratulations to Peter Toet. For all his years in helping out the club, most of it invisible to the general membership, this is a small token to say "Thanks".

Hope you can join us for next years dinner and enjoy a great (and cheap!) night out.

Cheers, Lisa
